The Barnard, Zuagar and Reeves families regret to announce the home going of their beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin Etta Barnard. This sad event occurred on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at her daughter Esther Ruth Zuagar’s residence in Philadelphia, PA.
Etta was preceded in death by her sons Rufus Barnard and Philip Barnard. She leaves to cherish her memory her step mother Ethel Barnard, her loving daughter Esther Ruth Zuagar, her beloved grandchildren: Alphonsus Zuagar Jr (Michelle), Won-Whelh Harmon (Prince), Johnny Zuagar ( Gail) , Etta Zuagar, Ruth Barnard, Rita Barnard, Rufus Barnard, Etta Barnard, Teta Barnard, several Great Grand Children, brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, cousin and a host of other relatives and friends in the United States, United Kingdom and Liberia.
We thank God for the many years he has allowed her to be here with us. We will miss her laughter and her unending love for her family.
Due to the Covid -19 Pandemic, the Funeral will be private. (Must wear Mask)
