It is with profound regrets that we announce the home going of our mother, grand and great grand-mother, Deacon Patricia “Bemore” Jimmie, formerly of Smell No Taste, Robert’s Field, Liberia. Bemore relocated to the United States of America in the late 80s and lived in Staten Island, New York until her passing. This sorrowful event occurred on March 27, 2021 at the Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York, USA.
She is survived by her two daughters, the Reverend Esi B. Moore – Pastor, Trinity Baptist Church, Staten Island, New York and Patricia Roberts-Sulon. Grand and Great Grand-Children, In-laws and other relatives and friends in the United States, Liberia and Ghana.
Wake Keeping is on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 7:00 pm at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 1333 Bay Street, Staten Island, New York 10305. Funeral Services will be held at the same venue on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: ALL TRIBUTES WILL BE PAID AT THE WAKE except for the Churches, Robert’s Field Association, Staten Island Liberian Community Association and her immediate family.
Internment: Ocean View Cemetery – 3315 Amboy Road, Staten Island, NY 10306.
