With heavy hearts and a deep sense of loss, the Farley, Elliot, and the Winners’ Chapel International – Liberia families, regret to announce the sudden home going of their brother, husband, father and pastor, Pastor Garlo Kaie Farley. Pastor Garlo as he was affectionally called by many, peacefully passed on the morning of March 29th, 2026, at his home in Hyattsville, Maryland, USA. He was a man of great faith, intellect, and compassion.
He leaves to morn his loss, his wife Debitia Elliot Farley; two children: Jewele Kaielyn Farley and Jamian Keith Farley, three sisters: Decontee Grant, Gertrude Mnah and Lisa Farley; two brothers: Jerry Farley and Thomas Farley; many nieces and nephews; the Winners’ Chapel International – Liberia family, and myriads of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Martha Wiah and his father Thomas Kaie Farley.
