It is with profound sadness that the Peah, Morgan and Neufville family announce the passing of Mr. Augustus C Peah, a loving father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend who passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025 in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. He was affectionately called Gus or Peah by many and was known for his outgoing, calm and witty demeanor.
Gus was predeceased by his parents Mr. Solomon D. Peah and Mrs. Mary G. Morgan-Peah. He was also predeceased by his older son LeoFred “AB” Peah.
Augustus is survived by his five children, Debra A Peah, Jennifer Y Beckford(Paul Beckford), Shalimar Peah, Augustus C Peah Jr and Avien C Peah, several brothers and sisters, his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. We thank God for his life and the years he spent with us. He will be greatly missed.
