The Dennis families are sad to announce the death of their dear father, husband, granddad, uncle, teacher, elder John Sims Dennis ll, which occurred at the North Memorial Medical Center on March 19, 2025 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mr. Dennis who was born on March 8, 1951 in Lawarta Town, Lower Bong County, Liberia is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Roberta Nelson Dennis, son Johnny Sims Dennis III (Candice Taylor Dennis); daughters Mrs. Tina Y. Dennis Kolokollie (Terrence Kolokollie), Miss Johnetta Butu Dennis; 12 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, adopted children, and a host of other relatives, friends, and a loving church family. He will dearly be missed, but his wonderful memories will continue to linger in our hearts until we meet again on that resurrection morning. His burial is scheduled for April 17-18, 2025 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
