George was born on April 21st, 1950 to the union of George H Carter,Sr and Hannah Greene Carter in Kakata, Liberia. He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife Janide Serina Dennis Carter, his daughters Facia Carter, Delrena Mosley, his siblings, a host of relatives and friends.
