With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of our father and husband Dr. Joseph N. Njoh, M.D., Cum Laude, FWACP, MNANS, FRCP (U.K.), FLCPS, KCHOAR. Dr. Njoh was Prof. Emeritus at the A.M. Dogliotti School of Medicine at the University of Liberia and former head of internal medicine at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Monrovia, Liberia. Born on January 9, 1947, Prof. Njoh passed away in Nigeria on February 25th, 2025, at the age of 78.
Dr. Joseph Njoh is survived by his beloved Wissedi Njoh, and their cherished children Agnes, Josephine, Patrice, and Mirian. He also leaves behind siblings Veronica, Henry, Paul and Emmanuel as well as a host of loving relatives, dear friends, and former colleagues who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Prof. Njoh was most known as being an astute physician, historian, teacher, and writer whose contributions to medicine and education have left an indelible mark on a myriad of lives. His legacy as a compassionate healer and dedicated mentor will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

– Viewing – March 21, 2025 from 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM at Catholic Church of The Transfiguration, VGC-Ajah, Lagos.
– Funeral Mass – March 21, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Catholic Church of The Transfiguration, VGC-Ajah, Lagos followed by a private family interment.
– Celebration of Life – March 21, 2025 at 12:00 PM.
