The Paelay and Roberts families announce with profound sadness the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, Pele Paelay on Friday, June 14, 2024, in Monrovia, Liberia.
He leaves to mourn and cherish his memories, his children Hyenneh Moulton, Dehkonti Paelay, Pele B. Paelay (Kelly), Tinisi Paelay (Kathi), Nadina Paelay; niece and nephew that were like his children Renolia Gbee Dixon and Iso Paelay; grandchildren, Corey Outland, Christopher Outland, Merch Outland, and Pele James Paelay; siblings, Stephen Dagbeh Paelay, Rose Keih, Esther Kofa Roberts, Mary Kloe Jantzen, and Fredricka Quanteh Roberts. He is also survived by a great host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pele was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Kpee Roberts, mother, Salah Gbee Roberts, brother, William Toby Roberts, and sister Theresa Titi Garber.
Cremation and memorial services were held on Saturday, June 23, 2024, in Monrovia, Liberia.
