It is with heavy hearts that the Tarr, Diahn, Ekah, and Karngar families share the sad news that our mother, daughter, sister, niece and Cousin, Ms. Shirley N Tarr passed away on February 15 after a brief illness. Although Shirley’s life ended unexpectedly, we thank God for the time He graced us with her life.
