It is with great sadness that the Johnson, Brown, Hall, Duncan, and Benson families announce the home going of their beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunty and cousin, Mrs. Irene Elizabeth Johnson, commonly known as “Ma Baby Girl”.
“Ma Baby Girl” was 95 years old when she was called from labor to rest on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 in Providence, Rhode Island, U.S.A.
She leaves to mourn seven children: Steven Sullivan(Liberia), Moses Johnson(USA), Gus Duncan(USA), Ella Sia Johnson(USA), Alfred Johnson(USA), Amanda Benson(Liberia), Jacob Johnson(Liberia).
Mourning “Ma Baby girl” also are, her nieces and nephews, 56 grandchildren, 65 great grand and a host of relatives and friends in Liberia and around the world.
Funeral details will be announced later. This announcement was bought in by her daughter, Ella Sia Johnson, on behalf of the family. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
