The Togba, Witherspoon, and Weesee-Davis families announce with profound regret and agony the passing of their son, brother, father, uncle, and cousin, BARNIE ZACCHEUS DARLING BOY TOGBA during the late afternoon on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Barnie, who is affectionally called by family and friends, DARLING BOY, succumbed to his illness after a protracted period of illness at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.
Darling Boy is survived by his two children, Diamond Kweade Togba Scott (daughter) of Canada, and Bartee Chapeh Togba (son) of Monrovia, Liberia; his siblings, Mrs. Kaye Togba Witherspoon, Rev. Father Dargbeh Mark Togba, Serkeh Weah Togba, Rev. David Yadeh Chea, Bartee Chapeh Togba of the USA, Gmasonah Togba Aboah; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, significant other, and friend.
Wake Keeping: Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 6:00 pm. St Augustine Episcopal Church, Barnersville, Montserrado County. All night vigil follows at the Withergreen Foundation School, Stephen Tolbert Estate, Gardnersville, Montserrado County.
Funeral Mass: Friday, October 18, 2024, at 10:00 am. St. Augustine Episcopal Church, a Barnersville, Montserrado County.
Interment: Johnsonville Township, Montserrado County.
Repast: Johnsonville Town Square Hall, Pepperwulu Community
