It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the Flumo, Joemah, Prall, David-Salma, Kolliego, Lewis, and Kollie families announce the home-going of their beloved mother, sister, aunty, niece, grandmother, cousin and friend, Mother Donmorwah Kollie Joemah Flumo (Old-mom), wife of the former principal of the Division 44 elementary & Junior High school in Firestone Liberia, the late Mr. Francis G.M. Flumo. Ma Donmorwah passed at the University of Penn hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. on November 07, 2022.
Born in Battlba, Lofa County, Liberia in 1945, Ma Donmorwah was a devout Christian and attended the Christ Assembly Lutheran Church on Staten Island, New York while in America. In Liberia, she attended and was a member of the St. Peter Lutheran Church on 14th street in Sinkor, Liberia.
Ma Donmorwah is survived by several children from her marriage to Mr. Flumo including her two biological children, Emmanuel Moisema Flumo and Helen Flumo-Lewis, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, the Christ Assemble Lutheran Church in Staten Island, New York, and the St. Peter Lutheran Church/Liberia.
