With profound sorrow, the Rennie family announces the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, John Clifton Rennie. This sad event occurred in Minnesota on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
John leaves to mourn his passing his six sons and his foster daughter, along with their spouses: Christopher (Vivian), Richard, Carl (Lady), Clifton Jr. “Bonnie,” Kpormah (Melanie), Julius, and Linda Campbell. He also leaves to mourn his 25+ grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three former wives; his siblings, including Lorraine Rennie Morris, Ashley Rennie, and Dr. Emmanuel Mark; his nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives.
John was loved by many family members, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a kind, courageous, charismatic, and loving individual. He will be deeply missed, and we will continue to cherish the special memories he left behind.
