The Johnson family, along with the Morgan, Tito and Scott families regretfully announce the passing of Harry Lawrence Johnson. Harry was called from labor to rest on October 18, 2022, at the JFK Memorial Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.
Harry was a father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was a pleasant and humble soul. Harry was predeceased by his father Mr. Edwin W. Johnson Sr., Mother Mrs. Laura A. Morgan-Tito, Grand Mother Mrs. Harriett Lydia Crayton Morgan and brother Edwin W. Johnson. He leaves to mourn his loss his children, Mabel, Harriet and Herman Johnson, his surrogate dad Mr. Sylvanus W. Tito, siblings Sylvia Scott and Edwina Tito-Vinton, (Gyude) foster sister Doris Green. He also left a host of relatives including his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends abroad and Liberia.
Harry lived a short life but an impactful one. His kind, loving and gentle soul will truly be missed by his family and friends.
Harry body will be removed from the Samuel Stryker funeral home on November 4th 2022 and transported to Lower Buchanan grand Bassa County. Wake keeping is Friday the 4th at 6:00 PM @ the St. Peter Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 5th 2022 @10:00 a.m. @ the same location.
