With profound regret, the Toquee family announces the death of their father and grand father Dr. G. Wellington Toquee, Sr, of the Saint Paul Bridge Community. Dr.Toquee, as he was popularly known died Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 10 am at the JFK Hospital in Monrovia. The deceased leaves to mourn his loss, 10 children, 27 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, one sister, one brother, and a host of relatives and friends.
The Wake & funeral arrangements are as follows:
Friday, January 19, 9:00 pm -silent wake for the Deceased at his St. Paul Bridge Residence.
Saturday, January 20, 11:00 am – funeral for the Deceased at his St. Paul Bridge Residence.
Interment followed at St. Moses Evergreen Cemetary in Brewerville, Bomi County Highway.
Refreshment follows at the Toquee residence after the burial. Those wishing to sympathize with the family in Liberia may do so at his residence at the St. Paul Bridge, adjacent to the old LMC compound.
