The Bedell and Chieh families announce with profound regrets the homegoing of their son, Emmanuel Dekie Chieh. This sad event occurred in Morehead, Minnesota, United States of America on Wednesday, July 6th, 2022. Dekie, as he was affectionally called, leaves to mourn his loss his parents, Rose Bedell-Frank, and Ambassador David Dweh Chieh, his children Roseline Chieh, Rosezetta Chieh and Diamond Chieh, his children’s mother, Helena Farley, his brother Eugene Wesseh-Frank, several aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and the host of other relatives and friends in the United States of America and Liberia, West Africa.
