The Moore, Horace and Capehart families, with profound sadness, announce the passing of their 95 years old Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Cousin, Deaconess Mary S. Horace Capehart, Former Bromley Mission Camp School Principal, Instructor and Student of the Bromley Episcopal Mission School Julia C. Emery Hall, and former CID fingerprint Officer of the Liberia National Police, Republic of Liberia.
This sad event occurred at the Fidelity Healthcare on 20th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia.
on December 26, 2022 at 5:25pm. Her mortal remain is currently deposited at the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Service, Sinkor, Monrovia.
She was a mother of nine(9) children but leaves to mourn 4 children, Mrs. Carmen Moore Gibson of the USA, Mr. Zaffer E. Moore of Liberia.Mrs. Angeline Teta Moore Thompson of the USA and Mr. Ernest Oldman Moore of Liberia, Four Sisters Mrs Louise Horace McClain of the USA only surviving Sibling Mrs.Sarah Horace Larmena-sister, Mrs. Martha Horace Wilson and Mrs. Sarah Horace Abo, two Brothers Mr. Charles Horace and Mr. Guweh Horace. Two daughters-in law, two sons-in-law, 30 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, two Godchildren, nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends at home and abroad.
Funeral Arrangements are as follows:
The first family meeting was held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at her residence in Graham Community, Central Virginia.
The second and last family meeting will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at her residence in Central Virginia at 3:00PM, and there will be no wake keeping.
On Saturday January 14, 2023 her remain will be removed from the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Service at 8:00 AM and will be taking to the Eddie Memorial United Methodist Church in Virginia for funeral service which starts at 11:00 AM and burial will take place at her family cemetery in Dulah Town, Bromley Community, Central Virginia.
