The Jaipur and Sillah Families along with The First United Christian Church announce with profound sadness, the untimely home-going of Deacon Jimmy Binda Jaipur, Sr.
This sad event occurred on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, at the Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York.
Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife and faithful partner, Mrs. Lucia Tonia Sillah-Jaipur, his children, Jimmy Binda Jaipur, Jr., and Beatrice H. Jaipur, sisters, Priscilla Cecelia Ajavon and Mai S. Gibson, grandson RJ Tobias Jaipur, and a host of relatives and friends in the United States and Liberia.
Deacon Jimmy B. Jaipur, Sr. was a strong pillar of the First United Christian Church. He served as Chairman of the Financial and Administrator Boards.
Jimmy impacted many people in numerous ways as a friend and a benefactor, but most notably as Deacon of First United Christian Church where he served for many years until his death. He deeply loved his family and his country, and he will be sorely missed.
Jimmy was predeceased by his mother, Ms. Susan Abigail Miller.
