Williams Sr. He is predeceased by his father, Frank Tolbert, Sr.; Roland Tolbert(B); Francis N. Tolbert(B); Frank E. Tolbert, Jr.(B); his mother, Priscilla ‘Onike’ Samuels; and, Malcolm F. Yancy (B).
