The Dukuly, Sirleaf, Siryon and Dorley families announce the death of their mother, grandmother, sister, aunty, and family, Bindu Fatumatta Dukuly. Bindu was born February 5, 1945. She was called home November 1st, 2023, at the age of 78 years old. She was born to Largbeh Dukuly and Momolu Dukuly, the Late Secretary of State of Liberia.
