He fought a good fight, he finished the race, kept the faith and now there is a crown of righteousness for him in heaven. It is with deep sadness on earth, but with great joy in heaven we announce the passing of ambassador Marcus Monbo Kofa.
Ambassador Kofa was a true patriot; he loved his country and devoted majority of his professional life in service to the government and people the republic of Liberia and the ministry of foreign affairs. He leaves to mourn his lost his wife of 31 years Melvina Laila Saad-Kofa, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, nieces, nephews, cousins, son in laws, daughter in laws and many relatives and friends in Liberia and abroad.
May his soul and all faithful departed rest in perfect peace.
Funeral services will be held on Friday February 3, 2023, 10:00 AM
at the Georgia Pattern United Methodist Church
Waterside, United Nations Drive
Interment will immediately follow the funeral services at:
Caldwell New Georgia Town Center
