With mournful hearts, the Cooper, Brown, Grigsby, Madison, Railey, and Krangar families announce the sudden Homegoing of our mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Ms. Winnis H. Cooper.

The sad event took place at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mariah B. Lewis in Greenbelt Maryland, USA.

She is survived by her children:

Mrs. Mariah B. Lewis, her husband Mr. Zarryu Lewis; Mrs. Adelaide Bonar Sackor, her husband Mr. Anthony Sackor;

Sister: Mrs. Malvina Cooper-Sonpon

Brothers: Mr. Delano Elliott Cooper (Marshalyn)

Mr. Warren Cooper (Juah)

Mr. Arnold Cooper (Jemima)

Mr. Edwin Cooper (Annie)

Mr. Richlue Cooper (Winifred)

Aunt: Mrs. Edith Cooper Tiah

Her beloved grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Winnis (Gran Gran, as she was affectionately called by her Grandchildren), was a humble, kind and loving person. She was a mother to all her children’s friends and also a mother to her sons in-laws. May her Gentle Soul Rest in Perfect Peace.
