The Cooper, Summerville, Harmon and Phillips families announce the home-going of their Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and matriarch Williette Gloria Cooper who had entered her 99th year . Her peaceful passing occurred on the morning of Wednesday, September 27th at home.
Williette was predeceased by her husband James Wesley Cooper, her daughters Erna Cooper Phillips, Dolly Johnson Sirleaf, her sisters, Mildred Watkins, Louise Summerville, Jassa, Roseline Richards and Marion Givens, her brothers, Charles Scott, Sam Watkins, SD, Nehemiah and Ernest Cooper.
Tete Williette, Aunty Darling, Aunt Williette, Grandma as she was affectionately called, leaves to mourn her children Robert and Lydia Johnson, John and Anna Cooper, Myrtle Johnson, and Saba and Mildred Kla-Williams. Her siblings Magdalene Cooper Brown, Charles and Comfort Minor, Izetta Cooper, Wani Cooper, Angeline Cooper, Maryann Melton, Willie Givens, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew, grand nieces, grand nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
