With deep sorrow, the Cooper, Taylor, Horton and Caine families announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Kaima Ma Taylor. She departed this life peacefully on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Kaima’s legacy lives on through her devoted husband Charles Robert Cooper Sr., her sons Charles Robert Cooper Jr. and Prince Taylor, her brothers James Taylor and William Taylor, her sisters, Mamie Taylor, Nuna Horton and Miatta Caine and a host of relatives and friends across the United States, Liberia and Europe.
She was preceded in death by her mothers, Matee Taylor and Mary E. Horton, her fathers, Dr. Augustus F. Caine and Hon. Romeo Horton, her sister Judah Taylor and her brothers Sunday Taylor and Otis Taylor.
May her soul rest in perfect peace and light perpetual shine upon her!
