Big Sando lived a diligent life of work and service to his family and the many people who shared the pleasure of knowing his kindness and dedication. Most people knew him as the level-headed businessman who was respected and couldn’t stop talking about the accomplishments of his children. For many years, Big Sando stood side by side at events and occasions with his loving mother, Ma Safula, before she passed away in 2008. Since then, he continued to work hard but restrained himself to a quieter life of transformation and peace. In his last few years, he enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, catching up with family and friends on the phone, and celebrating his daily blessings with his love, Bettie Caine. He is survived by his children: Arthur (Christina), Small Sando, Sandi, Maryann (Tyrell), Greeta, Azee, and Rudi; his Grandchildren: Starlett, Ariella, Astrid, and Arden; His uncles Armah V. Johnson; Karleo, Boikai and Ansanu; His nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. From all his children
