It is with profound sadness and heartfelt sorrow that the family announces the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, Ms. Angeline “Angie” Marshall, who peacefully departed this life on July 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Angie was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mrs. Aronah Moore-Marshall and Mr. Willie Marshall; her grandmother, Ma Mae Shaw-Roberts; and her aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Flowers-Gibson, William Wilson Sr., Nora Moore-Hazel, Thomas Roberts, Marie Harris-Alieu, and Adolphus “GoGo” Harris.
Angie will be remembered as a beloved family woman whose life was defined by her caring heart, kindness, generosity, joyful spirit, and unwavering strength. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory:
Her children — Amelia Thornton (Isaac); Michelle Wright; Melvina and Elvina Davis.
Her grandchildren — Ember Duncan, Amaya Avery Thorton, Mathew Lemos Jr., and Ezayah Contreras Her siblings — Berline Cassell, Moses Moore and Ayee Marshall
Her extended family and friends— a host of nieces, cousins and friends in Liberia and the United States. As we grieve this tremendous loss, we also celebrate a life well lived and blessed.
Angie’s love, generosity, and commitment to her family will remain in our hearts forever. We humbly ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time as we honor and remember her life.
