But our citizenship is in Heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like His glorious body, by the power that enables Him even to subject all things to Himself.

It is with profound sorrow that our family (Holder, Fagan, Mensah/Simpson, Hill, Dimerson, Korkoya, Horace, Tolbert, and Jensen) announce the homegoing of our dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, pastor, mentor, co-worker and friend, Rev. Dr. Roselyn Holder-Dimerson. She was affectionately known as mom, grandmom, Roz, Korto, T-Rose, Dr. Roz, Pastor D, among many other nicknames.
Our hearts may not have been ready but her wings were as she transitioned to be with her heavenly father. Her legacy will be carried out by her children (Dr. Kortet Mensah, Monjai Hill-Holder, and Melody Dimerson), grandchildren (Arielle and Avery Farmah), numerous relatives (siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews), ministry partners and friends who love her dearly.
Rev. Dimerson was an ambassador for Christ who founded two powerful ministries, Temple of Faith and Christian Women (and Men) Acts of Faith Ministries International. Through these ministries and other efforts, she focused on positively contributing to God’s kingdom by spreading and teaching His Word, and connecting with His people throughout the US and in Liberia (West Africa) to join in her Christ-led missions.
Dr. Dimerson’s Christian missions extended into her professional life in social services where she helped secure healthy homes for children. In this capacity, she was a proud member of Seaman’s Society for Children and Families (in Staten Island, NY) and New Jersey’s Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) in both Camden and Burlington counties. For nearly 26 years, Rev. Dimerson worked in the areas of adoptions, permanency and resource as a faciliator. Her colleagues (much like her family and ministries’ members) describe her as a beacon of light who always had a smile on her face and made efforts to uplift the spirit of the office. She also led prayer groups during her lunch break, which brought comfort to her colleagues and friends.
Rev. Dr. Dimerson was highly anointed and blessed with numerous gifts that led many people to Christ. She was truly a woman of God and will be missed.
Please join our family in honoring our beloved Dr. Rev. Roselyn Korto Holder-Dimerson’s life on Thursday, January 21, 2021. In adherence with the current pandemic restrictions, the funeral and burial services will be PRIVATE and INVITATION ONLY.
