“Gbahku Ku”, “The Original Frazier”, “Old Ma”, “Moh-Yo”, “Peter Fulka” – Whatever you preferred to call her, she was always there to not only answer but ensure that your need was fully met. Frances Fulka Frazier, 86 years old, of Detroit District, Sinoe County, transitioned from labor to reward on the 24th day of October 2023 in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States of America.
Frances was born on the 25th day of December in the year of 1936 to Mrs. Mary Conpluon Fulka and Rev. Peter W. Fulka, who were the pillars of her religious faith, selflessness, unconditional love, and kindness. Her parents were the cornerstone and unshakable foundation on which she built her everlasting faith in a lifetime service to the Almighty God. She obtained her education at The Open Bible Mission School in Rivercess County and later went on to work at the Executive Mansion in Monrovia Liberia where she spent the rest of her professional life.
She was predeceased by Mr. and Mrs. Rev. Peter W. Fulka (parents), John T. Frazier (husband), Johnson E. Tugbeh (son), Naomi B. Frazier (daughter), Meshach (Grandson), Tobey (Grandson), and is survived by Joanna F. Coker (daughter), Shadrack C. Frazier (son), Joseph C. Frazier (son), a host of grand and great grandchildren, including Abednego, Frances, Silas, Christine, Joanna, Shadrack Jr, Makayla, and other relatives around the world.
Frances was a devout, God-fearing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that dedicated her entire life to not only her biological children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family but to anyone and everyone she met throughout the journey of her life.
She will always be remembered for her great and infectious smile, singing Gospel hymens, dancing, and praying.
She will never be replaced as a mother, grand and great grandmother, friend, and family, and will be missed every day.
Her memory will live on in all our hearts forever.
Wake Keeping at the family residence in DuPort Rd Paynesville City, Monrovia November 24, 2023.
On Saturday, November 25, 2023, our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother will be removed from the A. B. Anderson Funeral Services, Lynch Street, Monrovia, Liberia and taken to the Action Faith Center, Philadelphia Church. DuPort Rd, 1st Cowfield Community for the funeral service at 10:00 am.
Interment will follow thereafter at the Shiata Flowers & Vaults, Careysburg, Montserrado County.
Repast will be held at the family residence in DuPort Rd Paynesville City November 25, 2023.
