With profound sadness, the Menjor & Wariebi families of Liberia and the US announce the sudden passing of Angeline Tewah Wariebi: a wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and grandmother. This sad event occurred on Saturday. January 18, 2025 in Laurel, Maryland. She was 67 years old.
Tewah, Auntie Angie, Ms. Angie, as she was affectionately called, leaves to mourn her cherished memories two children, Doubra J. Wariebi and Abena A. Wariebi; grandson, Miles T. Jefferson, eight siblings, Cora Menjor Peabody, Winifred Menjor Tawo, Esther Menjor Toweh, (Prince) Matilda Menjor Dempster (Ruel deceased), Prince S. Menjor (Wata), T. Norman Menjor, Gloria Y. Menjor, Finda Menjor Kromah and James Massaquoi (Genevieve). Also mourning her loss is her dearest friend Emma Rhodel Williams, and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
Ms. Angie, was predeceased by her parents, Samuel & Jartu Menjor, husband, Timiebi J. Wariebi and youngest sister Kumba Marie Menjor.
Angie will be dearly missed by all the lives she touched with her sweet, gentle, warm personality and infectious laughter. May she rest in perfect peace and light perpetual shine upon her.
