It is with extreme, profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kwenette Sedia Kiara Gbarbea, who transitioned on February 25, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Born on May 5, 1994, to Kwenah Gbarbea and the late Emma Hoff-Gbarbea, Kwenette’s light, love, and radiant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Her beautiful smile, strength, and presence will forever remain in our hearts.
During this incredibly difficult time, we ask that you keep our family lifted in prayer as we navigate this loss.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at St. Thomas Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4013 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215. The viewing will be at 10am, and the services will begin at 11am. The repast will be held at 6401 Hickory Grove Road, Charlotte, NC 28215, following the interment at Sunset Memory Gardens.
