With gratitude to God for a life well spent, the Wulah, Moulton, Brumskine, Anthony, and Tugbeh families, announce the homegoing and transition to glory of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, church leader, and community elder, Elder Ralph Toe Wulah, Sr., who passed on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

He leaves to mourn his darling wife, Leona W. Moulton Wulah; three surviving children: Treaser L. Brumskine, Ralph ‘Tiger’ Wulah, Jr. (Maenne), and Akeem W. Wulah; one grandchild: Jaela Adeola Brumskine Tejeda; with another grandchild on the way, and a host of additional nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ms. Adeola T. Wulah. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Francis M. Wulah (Father), Mrs. Marytom Wulah (Mother), Mrs. Winifred Baryo Travers Wulah (Stepmother); and siblings: Rev. Robert S. Wulah (Cecelia), Mr. Thomas Wulah, and Ms. Josephine Wulah.

He is also survived by his paternal uncle, M. Teah Wulah; and siblings: Lucille; Bryant (Beatrice); Dewey (Frances); Theresa; Berry (Miatta); Johnny (Linda); and Peter (Burnice).

Homegoing arrangements are below. At the family’s request, we ask that guests do not wear black attire. Further venue details will be announced soon.
