This sad event occurred in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Friday, December 1, 2023.
Vicky leaves to mourn her loss and celebrate her precious memories: her beloved son, Jacob B. Collins Jr., Father, Eugene K. Watson; Mother, Roseline P. Watson; Brother, Francis L. Watson; Sisters: Blessing T. Watson, Praise L. Watson, Promise Paye, and Grace E. Watson. Nephews, Nieces, Cousins and host of other relatives and friends.
