Sunrise: April 14, 1947 It is with immense sorrow that the Mulbah, McGill, Menscoe, and Howard family announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, grandfather, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend Roland P. Mulbah. His peaceful transition to eternal life occurred in Dover, Delaware on April 19, 2021. Roland was preceeded in death by his parents David G. Mulbah Sr. and Cecelia McGill-Mulbah, his brothers Paul Mulbah and David G. Mulbah Jr., and his sisters Josephine Mulbah-Laquoi and Priscilla Mulbah-Dwamina. We pray that they have welcomed him with open arms on the other side. He leaves to mourn his daughters Rolanda P. Mulbah and Roma P. Mulbah, his sister Evelyn Mulbah, his brother Ernest Mulbah, five grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. The feeling of his loss is immeasurable but the imprints he has left on our hearts are indelible. We love you in this lifetime and into the next. Until we meet again.
