With profound sorrow the Morris, Wreh and Ford families regret to inform you that Ashford C. Morris, beloved general manager has passed away. This sad event occurred on May 3rd 2024 at Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Ashford attended the American Cooperative School (ACS) in Liberia where he made many great friends and began a journey of lifelong learning and achievement. Ashford continued his education at West Texas State University. His leadership, kindness and dedication touched many lives and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He leaves to mourn his wife Rita Morris, mother Mary Wreh, father J. Chauncey Morris, brothers: Robert Morris, Eric Kromah, John Teamah; sisters: Mona Morris, Laurina Dorbor, Aminata Kromah, Jacqueline Franklin; children: Lavonda Scott, Lisa Ebba Weekes, Tianeaka McClendon, Gregory Davis, Latoya Morris, many grandchildren, a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by son Ashford Morris, Sister Andrea Morris, Brother J. Chauncey Morris.
