With profound sadness, the Duncan, Summerville, and Collier families announce the passing of Henry “Hank” Benjamin Duncan, Jr. on Friday March 26, 2021 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He spent his final days at home surrounded by the love and support of his family and dearest friends.
Hank is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Magdeline “Mas” Summerville Duncan, children Maisha Duncan Carey (Roderick), Henry Benjamin Duncan, III (Lacey) and Michaela Naweh Duncan; grandchildren Theodore Henry Duncan and Claire Magdeline Carey; sister Nancy Duncan Keller, sisters-in-law Geraldine Reeves, Gleneda Richards (Marbue), and Martha Weeks, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
Hank will be memorialized in a private service in Maryland on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 11am. All are invited to participate virtually at: https://church-redeemer.org/funeral/
