Psalm 103:2,3
“Bless the Lord O my soul; And forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases”.
With heartfelt sorrow, the Pratt, Neufville, and Brooks families announce the homegoing of Zondell Neufville-Pratt, who quietly transcended this earth on December 23rd, 2025, to join other loved ones gone before.
Zondell was born in Harper, Maryland, Liberia on August 19, 1955, unto the union of Mr. Wellington K. Neufville, Sr., and Mrs. Florence Brooks-Neufville. Her parents predeceased her.
August 19, 2026 would have marked Zondell’s 40th wedding anniversary to her husband, Willie T. Pratt. Together, they built a life rooted in commitment, faith, and family. She was a proud and devoted and loving mother to their son and daughter, Willie T. Pratt, Jr. and Rosezelda Pratt.
Zondell will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and warmth. She touched many hearts through her compassion, wisdom, and her unwavering support to her loved ones.
Zondell graduated from Tubman High School, graduated from the University of Liberia and later, completed graduate studies at Ball State University in United States, earning two master’s degrees in just 13 months. She then traveled to France and studied at La Sorbonne University in Paris — an extraordinary achievement that reflected her intelligence, discipline, and determination.
Zondell is survived by her loving husband, Willie T. Pratt; her children, Willie T. Pratt, Jr. and Rosezelda B. Pratt; her siblings, Jonathan Kimber (Mildred), Joseph Neufville (Ajuah), Cecelia Neufville, Eliza Neufville-Bondo, Florence Euphemia Neufville-Anderson (Isaac), Emmanuel Danny Neufville (Rose), Henry Nyanti Koti Neufville (Shantel), Theresa Alice Neufville, brothers and sisters-in-laws – Charles Higgins, Roosevelt Higgins (Inga), Willis Kainde Pratt, Williette Dowu Pratt, Victoria Pratt Kiilerich, Johnetta Pratt-Jaeger and a hosts of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
