It is with profound grief and sadness that the Perry, Metzger and Russell families announce the homegoing of their dearest son, brother, husband, father, nephew, uncle, cousin, classmate, colleague and friend; Stanley C. Perry Sr. on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 12:50pm at the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, MD.
Stanley was a gentle soul, kind, loving, respectful, a Christian believer, family oriented and hard working. He always showed appreciation and had an infectious smile that impacted the lives of those who had the opportunity to meet him.
Stanley was loved and will be dearly missed. He leaves to mourn his death his wife Gloria; daughter Stanlia; sons Jerome & Stanley Jr. (SP); his parents Deacon Isaac Perry Sr. and Rev Sarah C. Perry; his siblings Irener, Dr. Isaac Jr. (Anne-Marie), Gerald (Luegi), Arthur, Calvin, Sarah (Rev Henry), Audrey, Lakpor (Yammah), Raddie (Monroe); Aunt Angeline, Esther (Rev Sam); nieces; nephews; cousins; a host of other relatives; classmates; colleagues and friends.
Celebration of Life:
The Celebration of Life Service will take place at Epworth United Methodist Church, 9008 Rosemont Drive, Gaithersburg, MD on Friday, April 12, 2024. The viewing will be at 9:00am and the service will begin at 10:00am. Interment will follow immediately after the service.
MAY STANLEY’S SOUL REST IN PERPETUAL PEACE AND MAY HIS MEMORY BE A BLESSING.
