It is with heavy hearts that we, the Tyler, Mathies, Wilson, Bryant, and Lolin families, announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, Rosetta Kemah Tyler, in her 70th year. Mother Rosetta died on February 9, 2023, at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Mother Rosetta is survived by her five loving daughters, Louise Yarsiah, Roseline Russell-Johnson, Pauline Emefe, Matilda Arthur Jonah, and Johnetta Arthur, followed by her eight grandchildren. Her siblings include Emilio Lolin, Jaunito Tito Lolin, Jaunita Lolin-Bancura, and Sando Mathies. Mother Rosetta leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Liberia.
Mother Rosetta Tyler was a devout Christian and lived a peaceful life, showing much love and kindness to anyone she met. Mother Rosetta was a selfless human being who always put the needs and care of others before her, and family was truly what made her so special. She will be greatly missed.
The Celebration of Life events will take place on the weekend of March 17th – 19th, 2023.
