With profound sorrow, the Collins, Marshall, James, and David families announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and dear friend, Rose Marway Marshall-Collins, affectionately known as “Lady.” She peacefully attained her wings on Friday, September 5, 2025, at her home in Charlotte, NC, USA.
Her beautiful legacy and memory will be forever cherished by her husband Boi Collins, her daughter Fametta Collins, and her grandson Euri Matthewson. She is also survived by her sisters Etmonia “Ettie” Tarpeh and Musu Draper; her brothers Henry (Genivie) Marshall and Bill (Grace) Marshall, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives she deeply touched.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron G. Marshall Sr. and Jestina James, and her brothers, Aaron G. Marshall Jr. and Charles Marshall.
