This is to announce the death of Mr. Roland Walter Morris Sr. affectionately called BorRo. This unfortunate incident occurred on March 10, 2025 at 0500 hour at his home in Congo Town. He is survived by four children, Ms. Teica Morris of California USA, Roland Walter Morris Jr., Landrick Rockefeller Morris, Ruford Tao Morris, of Monrovia Liberia. Six sisters and two brothers, Laura Morris Redd, Rev. Sidney W Morris, Elvis G Morris, Christine Ammons, Laura O. Osei-Fowler, Julianna S. Santos (Osei), Victoria S. Osei-Robinson, Emily M. Morris and a host of other relatives of the USA, France and Liberia.
He served as a consultant/advisor to the state on intellectual properties at the Ministry of commerce.
Removal of his remains from the Anderson Funeral Home on Lynch Street on March 29 at 9:00 am and taken to the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Paynesville for funeral rites at 10:00 am.
Interment will be at the Shaita Gardens and Vault in Careysburg
