It is with profound sadness that the Flowers, Hayes’s, and Cooper families announce the death of their beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and cousin of the Late Mr. Edwin Mathew Flowers jr., who transitioned in his 73rd year on Tuesday August 13th, 2024 at the hour of 11:41 am CST. This sad event occurred at the North Memorial Hospital, Robbinsdale, MN with his devoted wife Mrs. Tonia Hayes-Flowers, by his side and his sister Mrs. Alma Opal Flowers and his nieces on the phone showing support.

Edwin was predeceased by his loving parents the Late Bishop’s Deputy Rev. Dr. Edwin M. Flowers Sr. & Mrs. Iola C.M. Cooper Flowers, also his elder brother Mr. Randolph Cassius Dennis, of Cartwright Street, Brewerville City, Montserrado County, Monrovia, Liberia West Africa.

Edwin, leaves mourning his loss and cherishing his memory his devoted wife Tonia Hayes -Flowers, his children Edwina Flowers, Gwendolyn Flowers, Julius Flowers, Gar’Yah Goba (Shamarra), Weyatta Cooke, Rodney Cooke, 14 Grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, his siblings Mrs. Julia Flowers- Philips, Mrs. Cynthia Flowers-Dennis, Mrs. Alma Opal Flowers, Rev. Ralph Flowers(Yassa), Mrs. Edwina Flowers- Hiamah( Frankie), Mrs. Patricia Flowers-Shateh (Matthew), Mrs. Mariah Flowers, nieces, nephew, cousins and a host of relatives and friends in Monrovia, Liberia West Africa Uganda, and The United States of America.
