It is with profound grief and sadness that the Hoff, Watkins and Davis families regret to announce the death of their beloved sister, mother, Grandmother, cousin, classmate, colleague and friend; Miss. Velma Marilyne Hoff in her 64th year. This sad event occurred on Sunday, May 12 at the Fidelity Health Center at 7:00pm.
She is survived by her two children Ekwensie Teddy Wilson and Alexis Bing (Jessica), her aged grand aunty, Rev. Maggie Boyd Dennis, her siblings, Julius Francis Hoff (Lariette), Mrs Ophelia Eliza Hoff, Mrs. Vera Amelia Graham Clarke, Mrs Enid Hoff David, Mr. Rupert Calvin Hoff, Rev Roland B. Hoff (Miatta), Mrs Felecia Hoff Como, Mrs Henrina Hoff Mason (Garfield), Mr. Victor E. Hoff and Mr. A. Mario Hoff. One Granddaughter, Kaziah Bing. Velma was a gentle soul, kind, loving, respectful, a Christian believer, family oriented and hard working. She always showed appreciation and acknowledged everyone. She had an infectious smile that impacted the lives of those who had the opportunity to meet her Velma will be dearly missed by all.
MAY VELMA SOUL REST IN PERPETUAL PEACE AND MAY HER MEMORY BE A BLESSING AND FOREVER LINGER IN OUR MINDS.
The Celebration of Life Service will be held at The Providence Baptist Church, on Broad, Center and Ashmun Streets on June 7, 2024 at 12:00pm.
