It is with heavy hearts that the Roberts, Toe, McCarthy, Coopers, Killens, Duncans, Drapers, Greens, and Russ families of Liberia and the United States announce the passing of their beloved Brother, Father, Uncle, and Cousin Lewis Boyah Roberts. This sad event occurred at John F. Kennedy Hospital in Liberia on Friday, June 13, 2025, after a sudden illness.
Lewis was predeceased by his parents (Brigadier General, Ishmael Grante Roberts, Sr. and Elizabeth Mawolu Roberts), Rosetta Eddiemac Roberts (sister) and Wynnell P. Roberts (daughter).
Lewis survived by his siblings: Clifford, Wynnell, Ishmael, and Elizabeth; children: Cece and Surprise Roberts; nieces/nephews: Catherine Roberts, Dekontee Addison, Remi, Lynette, and Leda Dixon, Mansfield, Daniel, and Ishmael Roberts III, Artus, Abigal, and Elizabeth Roberts, Shaun, and Keely-Feay Roberts. Cousins, grandnieces/nephews, and the host of other relatives, family, and friends also mourn his passing.
