Sunset: December 11, 2023It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that the Doe Family announcement the passing of our beloved sister Esther Tetee Doe Watson, a sister and a good friend who transitioned to be with our heavenly father on December 11,2023 after a protracted illness which confined her to a nursing home and subsequently Hospice In Providence Rhode Island where she resided for many years.
She was well-known by many friends in Rhode Iand and New Jersey where she lived for decades. Her parents Counsellor James Nagbae Doe and Gemah Puoh predeceased her many many years ago . She is survived by several siblings, friends and a host of many relatives. Sister Esther was a community person with a very gregarious and sociable personality. Sister Esther was very elegant and resourceful and talented. she was a very good seamstress who loved fashion and designed clothes during her years in Liberia and here in the United States. She developed the passion for sewing and interior decoration from her young adult life growing up in Liberia. Her memories will be cherished forever as well as her legacy of kindness and generosity.
