The Summerville, Porter, Mason, Neblett, Bropleh and Davies Families announce with heavy heart, the Glorious Transition of Deaconess Mother Dinks Willette Porter Summerville in her 91st year.

This sad event occurred on Wednesday October 23, 2024 at the Bekeley Medical Center, Martinsburg , West Virginia, USA.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her children: Solome Summerville, Enid Wordsworth, Comfort Summerville, Nicholas Kilby, Heranna Summerville, Benjamin Davis, Samuel Summerville, Jr., Rev. Willard Summerville, Oretha Saigar, Theresa Summerville-Smart, and Victoria Hulin; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and host of other relatives.

She was predeceased by her husband, Rev. Samuel F. Summerville, Sr., son (JR.), daughter (Catherine) and her only sister (Jestina Mason Neblett).

4:00 p.m. —————— The remains of Mother Dinks W. P. Summerville, will be removed from the A.B. Roberts Funeral Home in Lower Buchanan and taken to her home in Upper Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, Liberia, for a night of wake keeping.
