The Badio and Blamo families regret to announce the death of Mr. David Yube Badio Sr. This sad event occurred on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at his residence in Paynesville. He was 93.
Mr. Badio Sr. is survived by his wife Cecilia Blamo-Badio; brothers: Mr. S. Edgar Sie Badio, Sr. and Mr. Theodore W. Badio, Sr. and Sister: Mrs. Elizabeth Natt – Gbenyon.
Children: David Yube Badio Jr., (BARBARA) Lynda Siedae Badio, Daneea Gledy Badio-McCray, (RUSSELL) Nadae Ivar Badio; (VANESSA) as well as Elizabeth Matu Tubman-White, Juan R. Cooper and James P. Smith;
Grandchildren: Britney Cummings, Davida Wedeh Badio, Germaine Kpanteh Badio, Ceara Cladae Badio, Irma Badio and Marie Badio;
Great-Grandchildren: Nyria and Ava Davis and a host of other relatives in Liberia, the United States and other parts of the world.
The remains will be removed from the Samuel Stryker Funeral Home at 8:30 AM, on Thursday May 23, 2024. Funeral services over the remains of the late David Y. Badio Sr. will be held at Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church, St Joseph Parrish, Capitol Hill, Monrovia, Liberia on Thursday May 23, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
