Beatrice P. Sowah – TLC Africa

Romans 14:7-8. For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself, for if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

The late Mrs. Beatrice Dede Nako Ablade Sowah was born on December 25, 1925, at Opeyemi-Guitar in the Samanya District of the Eastern Region of Ghana, to Mr. Jonathan Akwetey Tekapo Pinto of Mankato Wem-Old Ningo, and Madam Sarah Koror Kwabla Nuetey of Dankyira Mamomono-Old Ningo. (Both wish pre-deceased her.)

This sad event occurred on Wednesday April 23, 2025, at Roger Williams Hospital, Providence Rhode Island USA

During her union with her husband Charles Brandford Adjei Ablade Sowah, they were blessed with seven children: E. Henry, Robert, Joel, (pre-deceased her), Ebenezer, Lucinda, Godfrey, and Evelyn.

While in Liberia, Mother Beatrice Pinto Sowah became a member of the Faith Healing Temple Church. She was one of the strong women of the Faith Healing Temple under the leadership of Mother Wilhelmina Dukuly. Mother Sowah served the missionary department at the Faith Healing Temple until her departure from Liberia. Mother Sowah served in many capacities; member of the Prayer Ministry when Mother Dukuly conducted her individual weekly prayers for people who came to see her from all over the country.

She leaves to mourn her children: E. Henry/Geraldine; Robert Papa Nii Sowah/Barbara; Joel Mensah Sowah (pre-deceased); Ebenezer Nii Ana Sowah/Mary; Lucinda Astwei Sowah Johnson/Byll; Godfrey Akon Sowah; Esther Naa Akor Sowah; and nine grandchildren: Enoch A. Sowah Jr., Joel Abloh Sowah, Robert Ablade Sowah Jr., Samuel Ablade Sowah, Brandford A. Sowah, Ashely Naa Adjeley Sowah, Nydia Naa-Nako Johnson, Ava Naa Astwei Sowah, Evan Hansey Fahnbulleh Sowah, Zaria Naa Adjeley Sowah, and Ayaan Nii Adei Sowah; and three great-grandchildren: Georgina M. Sowah, Sage N. Sowah, and Lennox Adjei Sowah, with other nieces, nephews, and family.

May her soul rest in perfect peace.
