With profound sadness and total submission to the will of Almighty God, the Enechukwu family announces the peaceful transition to glory of their beloved father, grandfather, uncle and patriarch,
Mr. David Obi Enechukwu Who departed this earthly life peacefully at his home in Duport Road, Paynesville on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the age of 84 years.
The late David Obi Enechukwu was a loving father, a devoted family man, and a respected elder in his community. He lived a full and meaningful life of 84 years, marked by humility, hard work, kindness, and dedication to his family and all who knew him. He was a man of wisdom, quiet strength, and generosity, who touched the lives of many and left behind lasting memories of love and good counsel.
He believed deeply in family, unity, and the value of raising his children in love and discipline. His legacy lives on in the lives he nurtured and the values he instilled.
He is survived by six (6) children: Chidi, Ijoema Enechukwu- Anyanwu, Afamdi, NgoziEnechukwu- Somah, Chukwuka, and Choima Enechukwu. Seventeen (17) grandchildren, several nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends in Liberia and the United States of America.
His remains is currently deposited at the Samuel Styker funeral home.
Funeral arrangements over the remains of Mr. David Enechukwu will be held at the Samuel Styker Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 10:30 AM, and interment follows at the Congo Town Back Road graveyard.
We take comfort in the Word of God which says in 2 Timothy 4:7 – “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
