How long is our Lord Mayor, John Charade Siafa, going to put up with these people who keep trashing our city (Monrovia)??? (Re “Monrovia City Corporation Announces Implementation of New Administrative Regulations”).. This “new administrative regulation” is nothing but hot air (rhetoric).. It will do nothing to keep our city clean.
Monrovia remains one of the dirtiest city in the world. It’s smelly, nasty and trashy! Visitors and Residents of Monrovia are overwhelmed with the stench that have taken over the capital city .. But all you get from Lord Mayor Charade Siafa is, rhetoric, and more rhetoric, but no result!!
But don’t you think it’s time to arrest and haul off (to jail) these people who are illegally dumping and trashing our city, until they can post a bond or appear before a Judge?? If found guilty, these people should be given 25 lashes on their bare butts, in the public !, like they do in Singapore! Yes, in Singapore, they will whip your bare butt for trashing their city! If you think I’m lying, just Google search “Micheal Peter Fay was caned in Singapore” and you will see that an American Boy, Micheal Peter Fay was caned in Singapore as an 18-year-old in 1994 for theft and vandalism!!
Today, Singapore is one of the cleanest city in the world! And if you believe that “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”, then Singaporeans are Godly people!
Instead of more hot air (rhetoric) from our Lord Mayor (Charade Siafa), how about implementing a Singapore style canings on those people who create a moral and health hazard for the visitors and residents of Monrovia?? Anything wrong with that??
