With profound sorrow and heartfelt love, we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, cousin, nephew and uncle, Mr. Victor Jerry Massaly, who departed this life during the evening hours of Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Brooklyn Park.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Ms. Victoria M. Cooper; his father, Mark Massaly; his brother, Aaron George (Opa); and his sisters, Tete Massaly and Munah Massaly.
Victor leaves to cherish his precious memory his beloved children, Miguel, Ophelia, and Melvin; his brothers, Victor Cooper (Nimely), George Deshield (Pasay), James Cooper (Dapi), Teddy Cooper (Borfor), and Matthew Yekeku; and his sisters, Lele Massaly-Blairsue, Boyennoh Massaly, Louise Massaly-Okai, and Mertie Massaly. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in the memories shared and the legacy of love Victor leaves behind. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
May the soul of our dear father, brother, uncle, cousin, and nephew, Victor Jerry Massaly, rest in perfect peace, and may perpetual light shine upon him always.
